Here’s a few questions that get asked pretty frequently.
How many pictures do you take on the day?
There is no limit to the number of pictures taken. We keep taking throughout the day.
How many pictures will we receive?
We believe in quality over quantity so depending on which package you choose you will receive between 150 and 250 final images.
Are the images on the DVD proofs?
No we do not release proofs, you will receive fully edited high resolution images which you can print from.
Are the images on the DVD watermarked like the ones in the client area?
If you purchase the images on DVD they are not watermarked. The ones in the client area are watermarked to prevent people downloading images that have not paid for them.
What if we want to buy the copyright for the photographs?
When you purchase the DVD of images you have the right to print from these as many times as you like so long as they are for personal use. It is not necessary for you to own the copyright on the images unless you want to use them for commercial purposes i.e. printing on a billboard. Buying the copyright on a set of images is extremely costly.
Do you re-touch photographs?
All the final images are enhanced in some way but we do not do excessive airbrushing i.e. to make someone appear thinner in every photograph!
What are the advantages of having 2 photographers?
Having 2 photographers means you have more coverage including the groom preparations if you require them. More coverage generally means more final images.
Do you have liability insurance?
Most definately yes.
What happens if you are too ill to photograph our day?
It’s very unlikely that this will happen but as we work as a husband and wife team we can cover each other at short notice.
Do you offer destination weddings?
Not at present but it is something we may consider in the future.
